Some 30 years ago I started kayaking and climbing in the Scouts, and then over the years gained the Coaching, Training and Assessing Awards to work in activity centres. This has also taken me climbing in Hells Gate and Mount Kenya and closer to home Belgium, most of my training was in Wales, Peaks, and Devon. Kayaking has taken me as far field as New Zealand, Africa, Nepal and France. I have worked with all sorts of characters and personalities from all walks of life, this has been a great experience for me as a freelance Coach. I am also the Regional Coaching Organiser for the British Canoe Union in the South East of England. |
